Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. Here is how refunds work.

The Ultimate Team Player course ($197)

If the course is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase date. We will refund your purchase in full if you have completed less than 25% of the lessons. Refund requests made after 14 days, or after more than 25% of the course has been completed, are not eligible.

Laying It on the Line: Notes of a Team Player (book, $20)

The book is a digital download, so it cannot be returned once downloaded. Because of that, all book sales are final. If you were charged twice, cannot open the file, or the download does not work, email us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address you used to buy and the product name. You can also call 844-469-4743.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the credit. When a course purchase is refunded, your access to that course ends.
