Griffith (“Howard,” “we,” “us”), including the book Laying It on the Line: Notes of a Team Player and the course The Ultimate Team Player (together, the “Services”). By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Purchases and access
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout. Payment is processed through our platform and payment providers.
- The book is a digital download. The course is delivered online. After purchase you will receive access instructions by email.
- Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own learning. Course access lasts as described on the course page.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Your account
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Please give us accurate information when you register or buy.
Intellectual property
All content on the Services, including text, videos, images, worksheets, and the book, belongs to Howard T. Griffith or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, resell, share, republish, or distribute it without our written permission. This includes sharing course logins or downloads with people who have not purchased.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Services, attempt to break or bypass security, upload harmful code, or use the Services for anything unlawful or abusive.
Speaking and booking requests
Submitting a booking form is a request for information, not a confirmed engagement. A speaking engagement is confirmed only through a written agreement signed by both parties.
No guarantees

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
